Hello there!

Thank you for stopping by! My name is Ben, and Everyday Grind is my project.

My passion has always been telling stories, and comics are something I've always been interested in. From life-figure drawing, to doodling in math class, I've always had a pen in my hand and ideas in my head. While a Wacom tablet and photoshop may have replaced usual traditional media, my passion for creating characters and recounting the world in a different way has only grown stronger.

While I may have a lot to learn and improve upon, it is something that I look forward to doing. Working on this comic has given me the opportunity to work with several talented editors, idea-givers, and all around fun people who have helped shape the comic from it's rough, and dare I say, poorly drawn origins.

The look has changed, and will constantly do so, much as I, and everyone else is destined to do. Yet at it's core, Everyday Grind was and always will be a tale of how friends can impact one another, and how even the simplest things in life, with the right set of eyes, can become something a little more special.

These simple moments in our lives, with the right friends around us, make the little everyday things worth remembering, and always worth sharing.

It is with that sincerest wish that I share this comic, in the hopes that at the very least, it will make you smile, and appreciate the colorful characters that you choose to surround yourself with. Sometimes they are the ones who trully shape who we are, and why we act the way we do. Let us never forget how special a friend can be, and how fortunate we are to have them.

Also, remember to poke fun at them on occasion.
