Collab: Rosalina's World

This is a COLLAB! I only did the colors

Ben- Hello everyone!

Tonight's work is a creation of my friend who is responsible for these beautiful lines. My task was to color them, which is something I have never done before!

What seemed like a pretty easy task turned out to be a fiendish challenge! Without going into too much photoshop jargon, it was a matter of "bleaching" the image to make this lines dark, and the whites light. Many, MANY multipy layers were set for the colors, which seemed like a good idea, but may not have been the best course of action, lol.

A tip for all those of you who use photoshop, layer properties- multiply is a great tool for laying colors over lines as opposed to under them, but it comes at a price: the colors must be seperated at all times, or they overlap one another and look like crap

all in all, this was an excellent challenge, and one I am honored to be asked to do probably the most colors I've ever used...ever
